Project overview
Shield Overhaul is a vanilla+ shield expansion mod that adds slamming, parrying and other various mechanics. Inspired from and designed to be used along Better Combat by daedelus . Forge works thanks to Sinytra Connector . Was tested working without any issues present. 🛡️ Shield Slamming 🛡️ Attacking while blocking will make you quickly dash forward and slam with your shield, stunning the target you hit for a configurable time. ⚔️ Parrying ⚔️ Blocking will now open a small configurable time window where the attack will also stun the target. 🌎 Compatibility 🌎 Shield Overhaul is compatible with every mod that adds shields based on vanilla's behavior! ⚙️ Configurability ⚙️ All values are configurable to bring the mod at your liking. The mod was designed with modpacks in mind so the mod can fit in all kinds of modpacks. Other misc features Stunning when bashing / parrying (Configurable) Stun immunity after being stunned to avoid CC chains with bashes (Configurable) Cooldowns when bashing or spamming right click (Both configurable) Enable stun immunity to bosses Instant shield blocking (1.0.1 and up - Toggleable) Credits Joespeph for co-authoring the mod.
